Kara La Forgia, a seasoned beauty veteran with over 11 years of experience dedicated to nurturing and scaling more than 50 startups in this domain.
A trailblazer whose journey from NFL sports agent to operational powerhouse. As the first employee at FUR and Donni, Kara pioneered operational excellence, igniting her entrepreneurial spirit.
In 2016, she launched a boutique business development firm, serving as fractional CRO for a plethora of companies spanning across skincare, haircare, color, supplements, and beyond. Kara's firsthand experience in early-stage growth spurred her into angel investing, deploying her personal capital into promising ventures.
A trusted advisor and mentor, she's guided countless founders before founding Hyve in 2024, poised to revolutionize the venture landscape.
Outside of work, Kara has a deep passion for traveling, an unhealthy obsession with dogs, and is an avid supporter of the New York Giants.
